Whether you are a recreational surfer, top amateur, or seasoned professional, Bob will custom design and build you a high performance board that will bring out the best of your surfing ability. With templates and bottom contours that have been constantly evolving over the past twenty years, Bob's designs have been proven in all levels of surf conditions by all levels of surfers.

_Blank Selection _ We use several blank manufacturers. We scour the globe to get the best blown foam available. Balsa! you want Balsa? No problem, we have General Veneer on speed dial! No matter what you are looking for in a new board, we can shape it.

All boards come standard as: 10oz. fiber glass (6oz. & 4oz.) on top and 4oz. bottom. Sanded Finish. FCS fins. No Color.

Want Color? Add about $30-$50 depending on complexity. Want a Gloss Coat? Add about $30-$50. Want a Special Stringer? Prices vary depending on wood. Rush orders are 10% extra. Allow for 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Pricing; Shortboards ~ $335 and up. Fish ~ $375 and up. Mid-sized boards ~ $415 and up. Longboards ~ $475 and up. Prices subject to drastic change.
